Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any documents relating to 1969 correspondence in Philadelphia and Atlanta between Jim Snyder and Gordon Davis regarding the formation of the Project Management Institute.
Any documents regarding James Snyder, Eric Jenett, Gordon Davis, Edward A. "Ned" Engman, and Susan C. Gallagher that indicate connections between them, their parents, and covert intelligence operations such as Operation Paperclip.
Any documents connecting McDonnel Douglas Automation, SmithKline & French Laboratories, Brown & Root, or Georgia Institute of Technology or any of their members to covert intelligence operations such as Operation Paperclip.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
