Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The results of a search of the NADDIS pointer index for the Investigative Reporting and Filing System, for the name and personal information of Frank Santora, a known organized crime figure and associate of Burton Kaplan, a drug dealer.

Santora's death was widely reported in 1987 (see attachment, "2 Mob Figures Slain by Gunman in Brooklyn," from the NY Times), and all privacy concerns under FOIA and Privacy Act are diminished. Records are releasable in the public interest in the history of organized crime.

To identify records, the following information is known about Santora:
