Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. The name of the "separate organizational unit" in which the Secretary of the US Health and Human Services (hereinafter "US DHHS") established pursuant to Title 42 United States Code § 652(a);
2. All documentation and records in which the US DHHS Secretary established the 42 U.S.C. § 652(a) defined "separate organizational unit";
3. If the above documentation and records are a re-occurring item, then please provide them. To clarify, as it is not clear from 42 USC § 652, please provide re-occurring documentation and records which must be renewed every X amount of years between the US DHHS and the "separate organizational unit".
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I’m trying to reach Kenneth Wolfe. Josh Coffin submitted this request on March 16, 2022 with the original case number of 2022-00546-FOIA-PSC. The case number was then changed to 2022-00568-FOIA-OS on March 17, 2022. On June 30, 2022 this request was referred to the Administration for Children and Families. We have received numerous communications promising updates such as the one sent on July 14, 2023 stating "We will investigate the delay and provide an update within two business days. Thank you for your patience." with no follow ups or real update.
We are requesting help since we have continued to ask for updates on this request with no success.
