Mr. Trotter,

My apologies- Sector New York did issue official correspondence and
exchanged e-mails with the owner of a fireworks company. Our FOIA Officer
was unaware of these documents. We are now in the process of gathering the
documents in order to provide them to you, in a redacted manner, as soon as
it is possible for us. Thank you.

Sir,

Good Morning. Thank you for your email and your patience.

I returned to my office from an extended absence and will process your

would normally be withheld pursuant to exemption (b)(6). This information
will be redacted from the responsive documents. I hope to have the
responsive documents to you by COB, but certainly no later than the close of

Lieutenant Lavallee,

I just wanted to follow up about FOIA Request #2017-CGFO-00433. You wrote earlier this week that you would be sending the documents by the end of this week. Is that still the timeline?

I also left a message on your work voicemail with my number, if calling is easier.

Thanks,
J.K. Trotter
