Any and all written or electronic communications, including email attachments, between state director Jon Raby and any officials, lobbyists, representatives or other staffers affiliated with the renewable energy company Primergy Solar and/or its parent company Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners. This request also seeks records sent or received by Raby that concern the Gemini Solar Project.
This request seeks records produced since January 1, 2021.
I am a reporter for The Guardian and The Nation.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
