Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
The grant proposal to NOAA by the Richardson Bay Regional Agency for Grants NA19NOS9990034 and NA21NOS9990023
Letters of support for Grant NA19NOS9990034 and NA21NOS9990023 from sponsoring organizinations
Any agreements, contract, or memorandums of understanding between NOAA and the Richardson Bay Regional Agency for Grant NA19NOS9990034 and NA21NOS9990023
Final performance progress report for Grant NA19NOS9990034
In terms if sundry documentation, I am trying to see what boats were abated using funds from the NOAA grant. I am seeking invoices and documentation of specific vessels that were paid for by these grants. I.e. pictures, descriptions, and CF numbers of the boats that were destroyed using these grants.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
