Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All OLC opinions and memoranda regarding the US killing the Iranian Revolutionary Guard figure Qasem Soleimani, AKA Qassem Suleimani, AKA Qassim Soleimani.

Soleimani's death has been widely reported. I have attached a copy of a DOD news release which states that Soleimani is dead and was killed by US forces, which can be accessed at https://www.defense.gov/Newsroom/Releases/Release/Article/2049534/statement-by-the-department-of-defense/

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

I am willing to pay applicable fees, however in the event fees apply, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
