Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Copies of all agency emails containing the non-case sensitive terms "Qanon", "Q anon", "The Great Awakening," or "Q Clearance Patriot." Please include the complete email exchange for each email, including any emails that are being replied to as well as any subsequent replies.
2. Copies of all reports, briefs, advisories, and/or memoranda relating to "Qanon".
This includes, but is not limited to, any records about Forrest Clark, the man accused of starting a wildfire in Southern California, that also mention Qanon. (https://sanfrancisco.cbslocal.com/2018/08/09/holy-fire-suspect-refuses-court-orange-county/).
This could also include any reports about Jeffrey Boyd, charged with allegedly making threats against Donald Trump and who also made references to Qanon prior to his arrest (https://www.thedailybeast.com/qanon-referenced-by-man-arrested-for-threatening-to-kill-trump).
This could also include any records relating to two incidents of arrests in Arizona related to Qanon—Matthew Phillip Wright (parked his self-made armored car on the bridge next to the Hoover Dam) and Michael Lewis Arthur Meyer (occupied a cement plant). Qanon refers to a conspiracy theory centered on Q, an online handle used on several image boards by a presumably American pseudonymous individual or group of individuals claiming to have access to classified information involving the Trump administration and its opponents in the United States. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This letter is intended to acknowledge the receipt of your recent Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, received by the United States Secret Service (Secret Service) on August 15, 2018, for information pertaining to:
File Number 20181324: Copies of all agency emails containing the non-case sensitive terms "Qanon", "Q anon", "The Great Awakening," or "Q Clearance Patriot";
File Number 20181325: copies of all reports, briefs, advisories, and/or memoranda relating to "Qanon";
File Number 20181326: Any records about Forrest Clark, the man accused of starting a wildfire in Southern California, that also mention Qanon;

Please be advised, provisions of the Act allow us to recover part of the cost of complying with your request. We shall charge you for the records in accordance with Interim FOIA regulations as they apply to "media" requesters. The first 100 pages of duplication are free of charge. As a "media" requester, you will be charged .10 cents a page for the duplication of each additional page.
Furthermore, the submission of your request is considered a firm commitment, by you, to pay all applicable duplication and search time costs charged, under 6 C.F.R., Chapter I, Part 5 § 5.11, up to $25.00. A search for files responsive to your request is being conducted. The appropriate components of the Secret Service are being queried for responsive documents. If any responsive records are located, they will be reviewed for a disclosure determination. You will be contacted before any additional fees are accrued.
Due to the increasing number of FOIA requests received by this office, we may encounter some delay in processing your request. Per Section 5.5(a) of the FOIA regulations, 6 C.F.R, Part 5, the Secret Service processes FOIA requests according to their order of receipt.
Your request has been assigned FOIA File Numbers 20181324 - 20181329. We solicit your cooperation and assure you that the search will be conducted as expeditiously as possible.
