We need additional information in order to process your request. What is the timeframe of the record search? Since we are unable to canvass the entire agency, please provide the name of the SEC Office (or employee) that may have responsive records. For faster processing, would you be willing to limit the search to electronic records? Do you have an email domain that we could use for the search? "All information pertaining to Prospera" is very broad in scope. Besides communication and emails, please specify the type of records that you are seeking.

Please be advised, the $25 you agreed to pay is not sufficient to cover the potential processing costs to initiate a search. When you respond, please include your uppermost limit you are willing to pay for processing costs.

Your request is now on hold. Please let me know how you would like to proceed by September 4, 2020. I look forward to hearing from you.
