Dear Mr. Ciaramella,

This email responds to the automated status checks submitted for Case 78497. The case is still in our complex backlog queue, pending assignment to a first level review. Please be advised that each case must go through two levels of review before a release determination can be made. Given the volume of our backlog and the fluctuation of queue placement due to consults from other agencies that predate your request, it's likely that your case may not be assigned to a first level review within the next 12 months. At this time, the estimated completion date is approximately 3 years.

We appreciate your patience thus far.
Regards,
Cindy B
