Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All records relating or referring to the specific role of the “Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility” located within Washington, D.C. office of the private law firm Perkins Coie, or any private law firms or third party vendors in monitoring, surveillance, observation, questioning, interrogation, investigation, infiltration, and/or collection of information regarding any American individuals or groups, including any records relating or referring to how records about American individuals or groups have been, will be, or might be used.

All records relating to any coordination by, between or among the FBI, and the Washington, D.C. office, or any U.S. office of the private law firm Perkins Coie, Georgetown University’s Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection (ICAP), or any private law firms or third party vendors, including any orders agreements, or instructions relating in any way to Joint Terrorism Task Force activities that include the monitoring, surveillance, questioning, interrogation, and/or investigation of individuals or organizations on the basis of organizational membership, political views or affiliation, or participation in protest activities related to January 6, 2021, or other protest activities or demonstrations.

All records relating to any coordination by, between or among the FBI and the Washington, D.C. office, or any U.S. office of the private law firm Perkins Coie, Georgetown University’s Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection (ICAP), or any private law firms or third party vendors, including any orders agreements, or instructions relating in any way to Joint Terrorism Task Force activities that include the monitoring, surveillance, questioning, interrogation, and/or investigation of individuals or organizations in preparation for demonstrations that would occur at the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, that include the names of organizations or individuals involved in protesting the results of the 2020 presidential election, or other related activities, demonstrations or protest activity.

All records relating to the monitoring, surveillance, observation, questioning, interrogation, investigation, infiltration and/or collection of information about American individuals or groups in connection with meetings or assemblies at or near the United States Capitol, in the months leading up to, during, and after January 6, 2021, within the “Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility” of the private law firm Perkins Coie Washington, D.C. office, Georgetown University’s Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection (ICAP), or any private law firms or third party vendors.

All records relating to any database within the “Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility” of the private law firm Perkins Coie Washington, D.C. office, Georgetown University’s Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection (ICAP), or any private law firms or third party vendors, used for law enforcement or domestic surveillance or monitoring purposes, or for maintaining information that includes the names of organizations or individuals involved in protesting or speaking out against the results of the 2020 presidential election, demonstrations or other related protest activities.

The term “records” includes all records on communication preserved in any form, including: correspondence, documents, data, e-mails (including all attachments and history), text messages, web searches (including search histories), audio/visual tapes, faxes, files, guidance, analyses, notes, procedures, rules, manuals, and technical information.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
