This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any documents concerning experiments conducted by, sponsored by, or followed by the CIA or experiments of which the CIA was otherwise aware were occurring with the drugs phencyclidine or ketamine occurring in the period Jan 1, 1960 to Dec 31, 1970.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

To clarify, in reference to request F-2018-01043, I am seeking data on all experiments meeting the criteria in the original request that were conducted, sponsored, or followed by CIA Technical Services during the time period mentioned that do not fall directly under MKULTRA including those that they may follow under a related project or may be entirely unrelated to MKULTRA.
