A copy of all documents or files pertaining to Pham Xuan An, an obituary of whom was published in The New York Times on September 22, 2006 under the headline "Pham Xuan An Dies at 79; Reporter Spied for Hanoi." You may also find the obituary at https://www.nytimes.com/2006/09/22/world/asia/22an.html.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
