Penalties and bonuses for NSA Data Center in Utah

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A listing of financial penalties and bonuses for construction of the NSA Data Center in Bluffdale, Utah.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

"Thanks for your help perfecting this request. I request the financial penalties and bonuses assessed against any primary contractors for the construction. If this is not narrow enough, please let me know how I can further specify this information (i.e., by providing specific names of contractors).

If there are any construction progress reviews that would include summaries of penalties and bonuses assessed as part of that review, that would likely fulfill my request. If not, I would appreciate if you could give me more information about how this information is stored or organized so that I can further narrow my request in a way that is not burdensome on agency personnel.

If you do require a list of contractors in order to further narrow this request for bonuses and penalties, please provide any lists of the contractors involved in the project that are maintained, along with any other data kept in those lists (i.e., Contract award amount) so that I can further specify which ones I'm interested in.
