Other Complaint Data Contributors

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

1. List of all Consumer Sentinel "Other Data Contributors" that made up the 281 complaints filed in 2016 and number of complaints by each data contributor. "Other Data Contributor" numbers were found on page 76 of the Consumer Sentinel Network Data Book for January - December 2016. If there are less than 281, what data contributor sources were the complaints originally attributed to when compiling the Consumer Sentinel Network Data Book for January - December 2016 to get to the 281 complaint number for the Data Book.

2. List of all data contributors that are not listed on https://www.ftc.gov/enforcement/consumer-sentinel-network/data-contributors that have submitted a complaint that is or was searchable in Consumer Sentinel in the last 12 months.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for getting back to me so quick on this. I apologize for not seeing the response earlier. Is it a question I can answer by e-mail?

Both of the questions are similar, I have not been able to find a complete listing of Consumer Sentinel Data Contributors.

I was hoping the easiest way to determine that for last year was to ask about the 281 "other" contributors from the 2016 data report as all of the other complaints were listed next to the appropriate organization or agency.

The second question was along the same lines. I was hoping it would show any companies, organizations or agencies that were not previously listed in the Consumer Sentinel Network Data Book for January - December 2016 or on the https://www.ftc.gov/enforcement/consumer-sentinel-network/data-contributors page.

If it is easier, my second question can be modified to any company, organization or agency not listed on page 76 of the "Consumer Sentinel Network Data Book for January - December 2016" that has submitted a complaint that is or was searchable in Consumer Sentinel in the last 12 months.
