Please provide any and all documents, including staff studies, operations orders, annexes and after action reports for OPERATION MCCALL, the transfer of uranium out of Iraq in 2008.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Turia,
There is a CNN report about its completion on 7 July 2008.

I presume that planning might have gone on for years before and that after action reports might not have been complete for some time. Its hard to put a firm date range on it, but lets say 1 Jan 2008 to 30 Sept 2008 (end of fiscal year). Thank you.
