Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Listed in the catalog for the Department of Justice Library (managed by the DOJ's Justice Management Division) is a video called "Open Border Hidden Cargo." When we requested this video via FOIA from the JMD, we were instructed this record belongs to the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys and have to be requested from this office. JMD FOIA No. 114460. Accordingly, I am requesting a copy of that video.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
