This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Any and all communications, contracts, agreements, and any other materials related to the the Old Post Office, located at 1100 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, and its lease to The Trump Organization. Please include all available Invitations to Bid, responses provided by all interested bidders, and all evaluation materials related to the redevelopment of the property, as well as all performance work statements or financial agreements.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Mr. Lipton, first of all your patience is greatly appreciated. This
request is still being processed. Much of what you've requested has been
posted in the reading room. The website is posted below. This is a huge
ongoing project, we are working with the subject matter expert and all
others involved with this project. I hope to respond before but no later
than close of business June 24, 2016.
I've received several request for information related to Mr. Donald Trump.
You may do a search on FOIAonline for these requests, by going to search
and simply typing in "Trump", "Donald Trump", "Trump Old Post Office" or
maybe even Trump International Hotel. You may view any responsive record
under that particular FOIA. For any FOIA that is still open (in process)
