Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1.) The total amount of federal funds given to oil, gas, coal, and plastic companies from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, signed into law on March 27, 2020.
2.) The tax cuts given to oil, gas, coal, and plastic companies from the CARES Act.
3.) Both the amount of CARES Act federal funds and CARES Act tax cuts allocated to the following companies: Dominion Energy, Chesapeake Energy, Buchanan Minerals, Coronado Coal Co., NewMarket Corporation, and NewMarket Corporation's subsidiaries Afton Chemical Corporation and Ethyl Corporation.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
