All underlying documentation, including interviews, notes, transcripts, emails, photographs and other documents, related to the following investigations that were closed by OIG between 2018 and 2021: OI-HQ-21-0466-R, OI-HQ-20-0036-G, OI-AK-18-1118-I, OI-HQ-18-0979-G, OI-HQ-18-0858-R, OI-HQ-18-1121-G, OI-MT-18-1208-I, OI-HQ-21-0268-R**, OI-HQ-20-0325-G, OI-HQ-20-0122-R, OI-HQ-19-0668-R, OI-HQ-19-0146-R, and 21-0930.
I am a reporter for The Guardian and other outlets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
