All email communication between Deborah Lafer Scher, Executive Advisor to the Secretary, Center for Strategic Partnerships, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs between April 21, 2019 and present day concerning the VA Health 2019 conference (https://www.idga.org/events-veteransaffairshealthcare) hosted by the Institute for Defense and Government Advancement (IDGA). Emails include all emails with IDGA employees (emails ending in IDGA.org) as well as attendees and other entities discussing the conference. Key words: "partnership," "mission act," "payment," "MOU," "MOA," "agreement," "conference," "choice,"

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
