Greetings Sir/Ma'am,
Hope you're having a great day! Can you please be more specific with your
request. Do you need Office Apparel Guidelines (Air Force) for civilians?
Military? Without specific information as to what you are requesting, we are
unable to process your request. Please submit another FOIA request including
all the particular information pertaining your request. i.e. guidelines for
civilians, military, assigned to..., laborers, staff agencies... etc... Please
be as descriptive as possible. Thank you and have a great day!

Very Respectfully,

Dear Ms Berg,
This is in response to your 12 April 2013, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for all documents or memos regarding guidelines for appropriate office apparel.

We are writing you this letter to inform you that action on your request is closed since you have not indicated your willingness to pay the estimated fee associated with the "Commercial" fee category and you did not choose to clarify your request as to the specific office apparel (military/civilian) you were referring to.
As an extra step, we provided the AFI and the e-publishing site which to find the publication that would be responsive to your request.
This concludes the administrative process of this request. If you still require the requested records, you will have to initiate a new FOIA request with this office. You may call us or email us if you have any additional questions and please reference FOIA 2013-04889-F in your response.
If you have any questions please call me at (719) 333-6231 and reference FOIA case # 2013-04889-F.
Sincerely
