Dear Mr. Scantling,

This email responds to the automated status checks submitted for Case 80648. The case is still in our initial processing queues. Due to the significant increase in FOIA requests, it is often difficult estimate the processing timeline. Estimating an actual completion date for your case is also difficult, as it is entirely dependent on whether or not document are located, how many documents are found, and the complexity of any document located. Please be advised that, since the records you request are related to Intellipedia, it is likely that we will have to consult with other Agencies prior to release which could cause additional delays. The average completion date for those cases is 4 years. Please be advised that this estimate is subject to change.
We appreciate your patience thus far.
