I am a reporter for The Nation and other outlets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Good afternoon, Mr. Tobias,
Upon review, the Wall Street Journal article you cite appears to be referencing the Department of Energy (DOE) report on COVID-origins from early this year.
The WSJ article is behind a pay wall, so it is unclear whether the article also mentions a report that ODNI released without a full copy of the article.
Can you confirm whether the DOE report is the one you are requesting?

Thank you for the note. The Wall Street Journal Article cites an ODNI report. That reference from the article is attached below. The DOE says it has no report, and that the report is with ODNI.
