Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
1) All records of scheduled meetings between CobWebs Technologies representatives and the Queens District Attorney's office, including but not limited to Angelica Quintero, a senior purchasing employee at the District Attorney's office from January 1, 2022 to the present including any written or recorded notes from the meetings.
2) All records of scheduled meetings between CobWebs Technologies representatives and Queens District Attorney's office public information or media relations department from January 1, 2022 to the present including any written or recorded notes from the meetings
3) All email exchanges -- including incoming messages, outgoing messages, forwards, and attachments -- between the Queens DA Melinda Katz and other members of the DA's office and CobWebs Technologies representatives from January 1, 2022 to the present. CobWebs Technologies representatives can be identified by searching the department's email system for addresses ending in "@cobwebs.com"
4) All emails exchanges–including incoming messages, outgoing messages, forwards, and attachments–between the department's public information and/or media relations staff members and CobWebs representatives from January 1, 2022 to the present. CobWebs representatives can be identified by searching the department's email system for addresses ending in "@cobwebs.com"
5) All instructional materials, presentations and presentation materials (including recorded video and audio, PowerPoint files, prepared remarks, and slides formats), and other guidance on the DA's use of CobWebs products WebLoc and Tangles. This includes A) any notes taking during meetings that discussed the use of CobWebs programs WebLock and Tangles, B) any explanations (whether internally or externally generated) of how these programs works, and C) any other document that has been used to help explain the use of these programs to any party, including internal documentation, public relations materials, and executive summaries.
I ask that all fees be waived as I intend to use the requested records to further public understanding of government functions and not for any commercial purpose.
In the event that you choose to withhold or redact the records, I ask that you provide a detailed explanation of the statutory and/or case law upon which each rejection or redaction is based.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
