NSA SURVEILLANCE PLANES

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

I Marilyn Elizabeth Howard hereby request the following records:

NSA AIR PATROL PLANES SPYING AND RACIAL TARGETING OF BLACK POPULUS IN BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND under any and all crime prevention and threat analysis assessment programs conducted within Baltimore county's Black populous in Halethorpe, Woodlawn, Gwynn Oak, Winters Lane Catonsville Randallstown and other areas.

On Saturday, August 29, 2015 approximately between 6:00 pm to 8:30 NSA air patrol units targeted my vehicle driving in Halethorpe to Security Square Mall and in Woodlawn located in Baltimore county.

Provide any and all data collected including videos, audio, photographs, warrants, court order, subpoenas, NSL, and unclassified documents beginning (2005 to 2015).

Provide any and all federal, state and local government and law enforcement agencies in collaboration with Anne Arundel county, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, P. G. County, Howard County and Montgomery County.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
