This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

Please release copies of any “main”, “reference” “cross” or “see” files referencing the Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance (FFCHS) group and its President in regards to your investigation of the Navy Yard Shooting. Please see page #40 of the departments final incident report noted below.

At the time the above report was made final FFCHS was an Upland, California based 509(a)(2) N.E.C. EIN
(Tax ID) 141999503 non-profit founded in 2005 describing itself as a human rights organization for victims of organized stalking and remote electronic assaults.

Should any of these requested documents contain information which falls under one of the exemptions please disclose to me all non-exempt portions of the records including any "reasonably segregable portions."

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
