Dear Ms Jones:

I am willing to restrict this request to the following:

Every research application for the use of restricted-use Vaccine Safety Datalink data sets submitted to the National Center for Health Statistics RDC

as long as the status of the request (granted/not granted) is provided. This is information that directly pertains to who has been allowed access to highly sensitive health data collected on a statutory basis by a federal agency. It is of paramount importance to the public, and it can be reasonably expected that since there is a central process for obtaining access via the NCHS RDC (https://www.cdc.gov/vaccinesafety/ensuringsafety/monitoring/vsd/data-sharing-guidelines.html), there would be a formal record of who has applied for, and who has been granted, access. Please reconsider my request in view of this information.

With very best wishes
