This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any contracts, service agreements and invoices with Digital Receiver Technology, Inc pursuant to solicitation N0016410GJT18-0029.

Per the online description (see link below): "The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane has a requirement for Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Equipment and Training. The Government intends to procure on a sole-source basis from Digital Receiver Technology, Inc. 12409 Milestone Center Drive, Germantown, MD 20876-7114. [....] Procurement under the contract will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements through a 5-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-10-G-JT18. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. Delivery is required within 180 days after effective date of order."
