For USMC CID, I was seeking a copy of any investigative files generated in relation to the crash of a Osprey and subsequent deaths of 4 Marines during a NATO training exercise in Norway which occurred on or about March 18, 2022.

Based on my rights to request Mandatory Declassification Review of these records I felt your correspondence fell short of the ethical candor required in 5 USC 552.
