Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Information System information, Pasquale Musitano (1968-2020)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All records summoned by a search in the Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Information System for the name of Pasquale Musitano (commonly known as "Pat Musitano" and "Fat Pat") who was a Canadian organized crime figure from the area of Hamilton, Ontario. Musitano was born in the year 1968 and is deceased as of the request date.

Musitano's death was widely reported; please see media release by the Halton Regional Police Service, attached as PDF, for proof. Records concerning Musitano as a subject should thus be free of privacy concerns of FOIA Exemption 6, 7(C) as well as the Privacy Act.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
