Dear Robert Skvarla, Jr.:

I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request
of February 12, 2024 for records in the custody of the National Archives
and Records Administration. Your request was received in this office on
February 13, 2024 and assigned FOIA tracking number RD 78518.

You requested access to a memorandum titled “1956 Pol 1 Police
Administration (Gen)”. My initial assessment is that 1956 Pol 1 Police
Administration (Gen) is the subject of the records, created in September
1956, and consisting of an estimated 3 pages.

These records require review for information protected from release under
