Mr. Lee -

After speaking with program specialists, it is my understanding that the National Agriculture Imagery Program (NAIP) administered by the Farm Service Agency (FSA), was waiting for funding in the 2018 Farm Bill. NAIP has been authorized to continue as it always has however there has been no discussion and no appropriations to date. We are under the impression that OMB made the decision to continue NAIP as is.

Here is a link to the 2018 Farm Bill: https://www.congress.gov/bill/115th-congress/house-bill/2<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.congress.gov%2Fbill%2F115th-congress%2Fhouse-bill%2F2&data=02%7C01%7C%7Ccd04df1124b243e01d6d08d8492c9743%7Ced5b36e701ee4ebc867ee03cfa0d4697%7C0%7C0%7C637339803318898232&sdata=zvvwo3PI%2BOBCIww3mENb%2BFOLrlZ4JrE6C3Wd4EGZTjg%3D&reserved=0> (also attached a PDF version). NAIP is under section 12612 (page 525).

You may want to reach out to OMB regarding any internal discussions about NAIP.
