To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I hereby request confirmation of military service, including dates of enlistment and active and reserve duty, branch of services active with and discharge status of the following individual:

Charles Martin Vosseler

Charles Martin Vosseler is wanted by the FBI for parental kidnapping:

http://www.fbi.gov/wanted/parent/charles-martin-vosseler/view

He has used multiple dates of birth including:

March 6th 1942
March 6th 1943
February 6th 1944

There's much ambiguity regarding the personal history of Charles Martin Vosseler. He lived in Iowa in the mid-1960s and New Hampshire in the 60s. There is a possibility that he served in the armed forces, I am curious to know if there is any record of it.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Robert Delaware
