To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All emails sent to, from, or copied to: Michael Rigas, from January 1, 2016 to Present Day containing any of the following non-case-sensitive key-string "liberals", "kushner", "Giuliani", "Mastroianni", "Elliott Broidy", "Mark Siffin", "EB-5", "George Nader", "Erik Prince", "alias", "FOIA", "Israel" or "whistleblower". After conducting a search to determine how many email records exist, if these records are too cumbersome to go through, please let me know the total number of records for the time period requested and I may desire to modify my request to limit the keywords or timeframe.

You may exclude emails that may be classified as newsletters, junk, or spam.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Taylor Amarel

I wish to appeal this determination.

The records requested are precisely described and the mechanical function of searching for the records is as simple as conducting an email search.

At a minimum the OPM should have conducted 13 email search inquiries and told me the number of matching emails.

The response given by your office implies that OPM staff are not familiar with emails accounts and email searches. This is not the case.

Please conduct a search as required by law, if the search results are too voluminous I may be willing to reduce the scope of the search.
