It will be necessary for you to submit a fee agreement stating the costs you are willing to incur in accordance with procedural requirements promulgated in DoD Regulation 5400.7-R. Please submit your fee agreement by 8 February, 2017 or your request will be closed, requiring no further action from this office.

Please be advised that the USSOCOM FOIA Office has a substantial number of pending FOIA cases, therefore, we process requests in a multi-track processing system based on the date of receipt and the amount of work and time involved in processing each request. After your fee agreement is received, we will continue processing your request. We estimate the time for completion to be approximately 9-12 months; it could be more or less. In the event that no fee agreement is received, we will consider your request withdrawn and closed.
