Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Documents for Mary Johnson Lowe (June 10, 1924 – February 27, 1999), US District Judge for the Southern District of New York, appointed by President Carter in 1978. An obituary is here:

I am requesting the search include all record systems including the Electronic Surveillance (ELSUR) indices, the Microphone (MISUR) indices, the Physical Surveillance (FISUR) indices, and the Technical Surveillance (TESUR) indices, for both main-file and cross-reference records.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
