Good morning,
I took a little time to think about this request after we talked. I intend
to send you what we previously released to two FOIA requests, 17-541 and
18-323. They're basically all of the external communications (you can look
up the FOIA logs).
For your purposes, I think the best document set to look at would be
anything FROM Katharine MacGregor, plus the email chains. For that, I have
about 10,000 pages of records. We can cut it down a little more by taking
out "venting and flaring" and methane. No guarantee that we'll be
processing it as quickly because it is still a lot. However, the search we
ran would have captured all to/from/cc her. Just looking at internal emails
where she was in the to line, there's about 97,000 pages of records, which
will likely be in the exceptional/voluminous processing track.
Let me know,
Ryan
