Mr. Craven,

I just checked our eDiscovery ticket for this, and it shows that the search is scheduled to run on January 17, 2020. After the search runs, I will know how many potentially-responsive records were located and will be able to access the records and begin my review.

Mr. Craven,

This search had a scheduled date of 1/17/20, but as of today shows that it has not yet run. I reached out to the data team regarding this request, and received the following feedback (with my input in bold to provide further context):

It is in the queue waiting its turn to be pulled from O365 [Microsoft Office 365]. The queue slowed down in January when we processed very large requests for some litigation cases that filled up all the staging storage. The space has since been cleared and the queue is moving again. However, DR 103546 [18-FI-HQ-01963] has not reached the front of the line yet.

Based on their comments, it sounds like the system has resumed pulling cases from the queue for processing, so I’m optimistic that this will be taken care of soon. Thanks for reaching out, and please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any further questions at any time.
