To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to follow up on the Freedom of Information Act Request #19-012, originally submitted by mail (delivered on Nov. 19, 2018) and submitted again on Nov. 23 by fax. I have not received a response in more than 78 days. In a previous communication, USAGM/BBG responded government shutdown is to blame for the delay. It's noteworthy that the shutdown occurred on Dec 22, 2018, 29 days after my request. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response. You have assigned it Reference Number FOIA19-012.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.
Yours,
Keivan Ebrahimi
