This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All log records of motor vehicle entries to and exits from the Negishi Navy Family Housing grounds in Yokohama, Japan, by Etsuko Futagi a/k/a Etsuko Futagi Toland a/k/a Etsuko Toland (deceased 2007) between July 1, 2003 and October 1, 2003.

I also request All log records of vehicles of moving companies entering and exiting the grounds of Negishi Navy Family Housing in Yokohama, Japan, between July 1, 2003 and October 1, 2003.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
