I am appealing this request, due to the obvious false statements provided by Mr Seidel.
This is a single 5 to 10 page document, including attachments. This is a very specific request for a single document and its attachments - asking us to reduce the scope is the same as, asking us to withdraw the request. The Freedom of Information Act passed in 1967, is very clear.
FBI document LIR 200214003, dated 14 February 2020, including all attachments.
This document was issued by the FBI's Office of Private Sector.
We have more than 100 examples of FBI fraud and criminal activity.
It would be unfortunate, if we had to provide this evidence to a courtroom.
Please provide the documents as requested.
