Good Afternoon:

I received an incoming FOIA request via FOIAonline.gov. It appears that
the information you seek would be housed with the Department of Interior's
(DOI's) National Parks Service (NPS) and not General Services
Administration (GSA).

I see that you've already filed a request with the DOI. My initial search
finds nothing for Katharine and the working group. As we continue our seek
would you have specific names, projects of this group?

Please see below a format that I will submit for a search. Please add any
email addresses, keywords or FOIA details that may be helpful to me.
Please feel free to email or call me directly at 202-680-8209.

The user must agree to pay fees in order for the process to be continued being processed. No payment is due at this time.

From: Jimmy Tobias

Thank you for the note. I would like to request a fee waiver for this request, as I will be using any documents produced by this request for an article I intend to write concerning telecommunications infrastructure on public lands. This article will be published in the newsmagazine High Country News, and is a matter of public importance given that telecommunications infrastructure development on public lands concerns the American public and policies that govern the lands that are held in trust for them by the federal government.

Please let me know if your agency will accept my fee waiver request.

Thank you very much.

Sincerely,

Jimmy Tobias

The request has been rejected by the agency.

From: Jimmy Tobias

Hello,

I believe this rejection was sent in error. I sent a letter to your agency requesting a fee waiver in September but never received a response. I request that you continue processing this request. Thank you.
