Any and all communication between the Council on Environmental Quality and Gina McCarthy between January 28, 2021 and November
25, 2021, in response to Section 208 of Executive Order 14008 of January 27,
2020, entitled “Tackling the Climate Crisis at Home and Abroad,” Fed. Reg. Vol.
86, No. 19.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for your inquiry. Due to similarities between your request and another FOIA request we are processing, we have been processing your request in tandem with the other one. We have completed an initial ediscovery search which resulted in approximately 9,800 records for both requests, and we are still in the process of going through the search results in identifying the records responsive to your request.
