Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All records, including collected evidence like video footage, recordings, text messages and photos, as well as all declination letters USFWS received from DOJ prosecutors, for the following USFWS investigations into the illegal take of grizzly bears — the specific case numbers are listed below:

— 2015604839, a case where video footage, photos, and other materials were collected as part of evidence

— 2020601894, another case where video was made by the perpetrator and collected by FWS

— 2017605051, another case that may have contained video footage as part of evidence collection

— 2020600632, a case in which FWS agents may have generated video footage during the investigation

I am a reporter for The Intercept.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
