Hello,

As MuckRock has explained numerous times, each request submitted via the MuckRock system has a unique virtual inbox. You have sent the acknowledgement for 14-0267 (below) to the inbox for 2013-1221-FR. Furthermore, you have not included any description of the subject of 14-0267, so it is impossible for us to determine which request within the MuckRock system corresponds to this FOIA tracking number.

Please send the acknowledgement for 14-0267 to the inbox from which it originated.

Thank you.

From: Robert Delaware

Dear Stephanie Baker-

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read this message. Some years ago, I filed a FOIA request (which I believe is Case No.2018-00352-FOIA-OS) with HHS.

I believe this request was one of a handful that I filed regarding Secretary Sebelius and her "hidden" KGS2@hhs.gov email address.

I recently received a message inquiring if I was still interested in pursuing Case No.2018-00352-FOIA-OS. Specifically, I received a message that stated:

"We apologize for the delay in responding to your request. However, because of the increasing number of requests received by the Department of Health & Human Services, we found it necessary to adopt the ruling in the case of Open America v. Watergate Special Prosecution Force, 547 F.2d 605 (D.C. Cir.1976) and exercise due diligence by following a first-in, first-out FOIA processing. If you are still interested in pursuing this request, please respond to this e-mail and we will complete the processing of your request. If we have not received any communication from you within 30 working days from the date of this communication, we will assume you are no longer interested in continuing to pursue the request and it will be administratively closed."

I am still interested in pursuing the Case No.2018-00352-FOIA-OS request.

Please consider this email as confirmation that I desire for the process to continue on.

Thank you,

Robby Delaware
