This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
1. Group or respective communications, records, or documents exchanged between staff of the Department of Energy (DOE) and John Green, Todd M. Weiss, Mathew Lapinski, Hunter Moorhead, Wally Burnett, Chris Miller, and Matt Wise, lobbyists for Crossroads Strategies, LLC since January 1, 2017 until present;
2. Communications, records, or documents, received or sent by staff of the DOE related to the 7/20/2017 Crossroads Strategies, LLC Lobbying Disclosure form (attached) containing the following terms: "electric", "vehicles", "jgreen@crshq.com", "lda@crshq.com";
3. Communications, records, or documents, received or sent by staff of the DOE related to the 10/19/2017 Crossroads Strategies, LLC Lobbying Disclosure form (attached) containing the following terms: "electric", "vehicles", "jgreen@crshq.com", "lda@crshq.com".
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
