Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

- The case file(s) regarding the investigation and search efforts into Jaycee's initial abduction as of when the FBI got involved.
- Case files directly relating to Jaycee Dugard and her abduction which occurred in June 1991.
- Case files directly relating to Phillip and Nancy Garrido (regarding Jaycee's abduction).
- Police reports about Jaycee's abduction in 1991 and her rescue in August 2009.
- Arrest reports for Phillip and Nancy Garrido (regarding Jaycee's abduction).

Please search the FBI’s indices to the Central Records System and consult relevant agencies for the information responsive to this request related to the above points.

Both Phillip and Nancy Garrido have been sentenced to life in prison. Therefore, these records will not impede on their future criminal trials and will not harm the privacy of Jaycee Dugard and her daughters.
This information is being gathered for an individual essay about Jaycee's abduction.
