This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All phone call logs from Chairwoman Janet L. Yellin's office phone and any other government phones issued to her for the months of January 2014 and December 2013.
I also request that fees be waived as I am a member of the news media and intend to use any pertinent information I receive as a result of this request to educate the public.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

On March 7, 2014, the Board of Governors ("Board") received your letter by facsimile dated March 7, 2014, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), 5 U.S.C. § 552, for all phone call logs from [Chair] Janet L. With regards to my request for Janet Yellen's phone call logs, please clarify what you mean by no responsive documents. Does the Board not maintain records of the phone calls made on its office and employee phones? Or did Ms. Yellen make no calls during the period of time I mentioned?
