Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. The January 30, 2020 email message sent to assistant chief immigration judges, reminding them that unaccompanied children in government custody are to be considered the same as detained adults for purposes of scheduling cases. The e-mail was described in the following February 12, 2020 article: https://www.cnn.com/2020/02/12/politics/unaccompanied-children-deportation/index.html?utm_term=link&utm_content=2020-02-13T01%3A21%3A06&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twCNN. According to the CNN article, the e-mail mentinos a "60-day completion goal."

2. In addition to that January 30, 2020 initial email message, I am requesting any responses or replies the sender received to that e-mail between January 30, 2020 and the date this FOIA request is processed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
